The father of Henry Blanche Rosser, a Godwin 'pupil' who committed suicide in Paris in 1822. There are then three entries for Rosser Sen'r - one within a week of Rosser's death, when Godwin calls on him; and two subsequent occasions in August when Rosser calls on Godwin. Rosser Senr is likely to be the partner in Warren and Roser (probably a chemist's), 5 Skinner Street, who sold Epsom Salts (advertised The Morning Chronicle). The two entries in 1830 to C Rosser may be to another child of the family but these have been left uncoded.
