Eliza Breeze, from Liverpool, married the violinist Felix Yaniewicz in 1800. They had three children, the two daughters being musically gifted. Godwin described her in a letter to W H Curran as a creature almost divine ( dated 2 January 1822). There is a period of close contact in 1822 between Godwin and Mrs Yaniewicz.
