Unidentified. It is possible that this refers to one of the brothers Dupré, John or Edward. John Dupré (1752/3-1834) was elected a fellow of Exeter College, Oxford aged only 18. He graduated D.D. in 1790 and later became Master ofa grammar school in hertfordshire. He was also (it would appear concurrently) Vicar of Mentmore, Buckinghamshire (1784-1824). He published collections of sermons in the 1780s.
Edward Dupré (1754/5-1823) was also DD and Dean of Jersey. He appears to have been a fellow of Pembroke College and had literary inclinations. He published poems On the death of Master James Amice Lempriere (1779) and On the victory obtained by Rear Admiral Lord Nelson, of the Nile, over the French Fleet, on the first day of August, 1798 (1798).
Geographical considerations make either of these identification tenuous.
