was presented by Mr. Edmond Bear, and Mr. William Russell, October
15. 1647. unto his Excellency, Sir Thomas
Fairfax. Enclosed in a letter from the said agents. Also his
Excellencies honourable answer thereunto.
1647The proposals are dated October 9. Fairfax's answer is dated
October 18.
