WG couples ‘State Tracts' with ‘Lackington' in 1813-04-13 diary entry. Possibly WG obtained ‘State Tracts' from Lackington booksellers. James Lackington ( 1746-1815) bookseller and publisher, retired 1798; George Lackington ( 1777-1844) became head of the firm that became known as Lackington, Allen & Co.
